  • Field Notes: Training

  • At the end of each day, you'll complete a series of reflections on what you've learned in your Field Notes. This helps you retain the information, identify areas for personal improvement and request instructor support. (Remember, with GROW's small class sizes, you can access the support you need, so don't be afraid to ask.)

    Habit of Successful Pros

Taking notes is also a good habit. Many of today's industry professionals use field notes to improve their health and safety protocols, team efficiency, client relations and technical maintenance schedules.

    Build your Professional Profile

Over the next four weeks, you'll gain the hands-on experience industry employers are looking for. When you complete your Field Notes, we'll add your achievements to your live Professional Profile, showing employers your growth throughout the program.

    Create a Lasting Resource

Finally, when you complete your GROW Training, your Field Notes are yours to keep as a valuable tool you can use throughout your career.
