    The Horticultural Technician Pre-Apprenticeship Program combines on-the-job training with classroom instruction, allowing students to earn while they learn and preparing them for in-demand careers. This 34 week, free training program is funded by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development and is delivered by Landscape Ontario in partnership with Humber College in Toronto, Mohawk College in Hamilton, and Fanshawe College in London.   • Program Eligibility

    This program will take place in-person in these three locations; Toronto, Hamilton or London area over a 34 week period. Program participants must: be at least 18 years old, have completed grade 12, be a resident of Ontario, be legally allowed to work in Canada, and be unemployed or employed less than 20 hours per week.
