    Ontario's Working for Workers Four Act, 2023 (the Act) includes new requirements for all publicly posted job listings. 

    All public job posts must: 

    • Post wage/salary ranges in job postings
    • Disclose the use of AI in the hiring process
    • Not require Canadian work experience 

    The new legislation also requires companies to keep a copy of all public job postings for a minimum of 3 years. Once completed, you will receive a copy of your Landscape Ontario listing in your email. 

    The implementation of these requirements is expected soon. It is your responsibility to ensure your job posts remain compliant.
