Exhibit/Sponsorship Agreement

On behalf of the organizing committee, we welcome you the opportunity to be a sponsor at Landscape Ontario Horticultural Trades Association’s event.

This event is free to the public and will be attended by many local families, young and old.

Join us for the 2nd Annual Touch a Truck event hosted by the Waterloo Chapter, where big wheels meet big hearts! This spectacular event combines the thrill of exploring vehicles with exciting games. Attendees will be able to climb aboard and explore the machines that keep our community moving! 

There will be food trucks, a kids zone with face painting, yard games and community planting. Let's make memories together while supporting Kid's Ability and the Stuff-a-Truck campaign for your local food bank of Waterloo Region.

Landscape Ontario is a not-for-profit, volunteer-driven trade association. Dedicated to the advancement of the landscape/horticultural profession. This Sponsorship Agreement confirms your participation, and outlines the details to help us both prepare for a successful event. 

All sponsorship dollars are HST-exempt.

Exhibitor Options

 Stationary Exhibitors - $100 / $200 / $300

• Includes 2 food vouchers towards the food trucks
      * Small space 2-3 parking spaces on perimeter only
      * Medium space 10 parking spaces 
      * Large space 20 parking spaces

 Machine In Motion - $200

• Max 5 companies
• 1-HR time slot for demo from 10:00AM - 3:00PM 
  • Demo includes picking up or grabbing items (i.e. tire, bale, block, etc)
  • No driving movements will be allowed
• Example pieces: Skid steer, mini excavator with tracks, small end loader, etc.
• PLEASE NOTE:
  • This machine will not be moved from the machine in motion designated area to an exhibitor space during the event.
  • This machine will not have driving movements around the machine in motion designated area

Supporting Sponsor - $100

• Non-Exclusive (no max)
• Wish to support, but not able to attend
• Company logo on event signage

Food Sponsor - $300

• Non-Exclusive (4 max)
• Logo printed on food voucher

 Kids Zone Sponsor - $500   SOLD OUT

• Exclusivity
• Includes medium size exhibitor space
• Includes face painting area
• Includes yard games and community planting

EVENT DETAILS - SETUP & TEARDOWN

EVENT DATE: Saturday, July 26, 2025

EVENT TIMELINE: 9:00AM - 3:00PM

EVENT LOCATION: Kitchener Memorial Auditorium/ 400 East Ave, Kitchener

IMPORTANT EVENT DETAILS

• The Committee will allocate exhibitor spots accordingly on the event map
• All equipment will be stationary and will not move (except for machines in motion)
• 2 company representatives must remain with the equipment at all times
• 9:00AM - 10:00AM will be "Silent Hour" to accommodate individuals who have sensitivity to load noises and for young children. No equipment is to be making noise during this time.
• It is up to the individual exhibitors if they wish to hand out snacks, water, stickers, etc
• Be sure to bring a tent for shade and hearing protection
• 2 food tickets are given per exhibitor to be redeemed at the food trucks

SETUP: Friday, July 25, 2025/ 5:00PM - 8:00PM

TEARDOWN: July 26, 2025/ 3:00PM - 5:00PM

**Overnight security is contracted from 8:00PM Friday to 8:00AM Saturday **
