Charitable Partner Information

• The Golden Horseshoe Chapter Board is partnering with The Burlington Food Bank for the second year! The event will host a Food Drive to help support the local community's residents that need assistance. 
• Support the event by bringing a food or cash donation.
  • Most Needed Items:
    • Cereal (Hot and Cold)
    • Large Soup
    • Juices (Boxes and 1 Litres)
    • Granola Bars (Peanut Free)
    • Peanut Butter
    • Crackers
    • Canned Fruit
    • Canned Tomatoes
    • Canned Vegetables
    • Canned Meat

Please Note: Credit card postal code MUST be the same billing postal code that the card is registered with at your bank for security purposes.

EVENT DATE: July 19, 2025

EVENT TIMELINE: 9:00AM - 12:00PM

EVENT LOCATION: St. Paul the Apostle Parish / 2265 Headon Road, Burlington, ON

IMPORTANT EVENT DETAILS

• Exhibitor space will be allocated according to equipment size(s)/ piece(s)
• 2 company representatives must remain with the equipment at all times
• 9:30AM - 10:30AM will be "Silent Hour" to accommodate individuals who have sensitivity to load noises and for young children. No equipment is to be making noise during this time.
• It is up to the individual exhibitors if they wish to hand out snacks, water, stickers, etc
• Be sure to bring a tent for shade and hearing protection

SETUP: July 19, 2025/ 7:00AM - 8:30AM

TEARDOWN: July 19, 2025/ 12:00PM - 12:30PM
