            EVENT TIMELINE: 9:00AM - 1:00PM

            EVENT LOCATION: Nepean Sportsplex/ 1701 Woodroffe Ave, Nepean

            IMPORTANT EVENT DETAILS

            • The Committee will allocate exhibitor spots accordingly on the event map
            • All equipment will be stationary and will not move (except for machines in motion)
            • 2 company representatives must remain with the equipment at all times
            • 9:00AM - 10:00AM will be "Silent Hour" to accommodate individuals who have sensitivity to load noises. No equipment is to be making noise during this time.
            • It is up to the individual exhibitors if they wish to hand out snacks, water, stickers, etc
            • Be sure to bring a tent for shade and hearing protection

            SETUP: July 18, 2026/ 7:00AM - 8:30AM

            TEARDOWN: July 18, 2026/ 2:00PM - 4:00PM
