Instructions:
Step 1: Select your Scholarships:
- The list below is based on the information you've provided
- Review each scholarship's criteria and requirements.
- Click Apply in the corresponding field to add the scholarships of your choice to your application.
- To change your selection, click Do not apply in the corresponding field.
Step 2: Prepare your Required Documents
Once you've selected your scholarships, you can begin preparing your application requirements. The submission fields for these requirements are included throughout this page and sync automatically with your scholarship selections.
Below your scholarship list you'll find your Eligibility Requirements. Here, you can upload your Proof of Address and Proof of Acceptance, Enrolment or Registration.
Next are your General Requirements. These are documents like the Application Scholarship Essay which are required by many of our scholarships. A single copy of these documents will be applied to all corresponding scholarships on your list.
Scholarship Specific Requirements are documents that are unique to a single scholarship. When you select a scholarship with specific requirements, the upload fields will open immediately below the scholarship description.
Save & Continue:
To save your application and assemble your documents, click SAVE at the bottom of the form. You'll receive your scholarship checklist (above) and a link to complete your application at the following email: {email}
If you need to update this email address, please use the tabs on the top of the page to return to page 1 and update your entry.
Update Selections:
To change your scholarship selections, click BACK at the bottom of the form, update your selections on the the preceding page.

All scholarships are awarded based on individual criteria and subject to availability. Applicants must reside in Ontario. All other applications will not be reviewed.
