  • On behalf of the organizing committee, we welcome you the opportunity to be a sponsor at Landscape Ontario Horticultural Trades Association’s event.

    This event is free to the public and will be attended by many local families, young and old.

    Join us for the annual Touch a Truck event hosted by the Waterloo Chapter, where big wheels meet big hearts! This spectacular event combines the thrill of exploring vehicles with exciting games. Attendees will be able to climb aboard and explore the machines that keep our community moving! 

    There will be food trucks, a kids zone with face painting, yard games and community planting. Let's make memories together while supporting Food4Kids Waterloo Region.

    Landscape Ontario is a not-for-profit, volunteer-driven trade association. Dedicated to the advancement of the landscape/horticultural profession. We strive to ensure that we are a collaborative and inclusive organization where people of all genders, races, religions, nationalities, cultures, sexual orientations, languages, and abilities are welcomed and can feel comfortable, respected, and valued.

    This Sponsorship Agreement confirms your participation, and outlines the details to help us both prepare for a successful event.

        EVENT TIMELINE: 9:00AM - 3:00PM

        EVENT LOCATION: Kitchener Memorial Auditorium/ 400 East Ave, Kitchener

        IMPORTANT EVENT DETAILS

        • The Committee will allocate exhibitor spots accordingly on the event map
        • All equipment will be stationary and will not move
        • 2 company representatives must remain with the equipment at all times
        • 9:00AM - 10:00AM will be "Silent Hour" to accommodate individuals who have sensitivity to load noises and for young children. No equipment is to be making noise during this time.
        • It is up to the individual exhibitors if they wish to hand out snacks, water, stickers, etc
        • Be sure to bring a tent for shade and hearing protection

        SETUP: Friday, July 10, 2026/ 10:00AM - 2:00PM and 5:00PM - 8:00PM

        TEARDOWN: July 11, 2026/ 3:00PM - 7:00PM

        **Overnight security is contracted from 8:00PM Friday to 8:00AM Saturday **
