Stationary Exhibitors - Free
The Touch A Truck event will be taking place the same time as the Beaver Valley Fair. A fee applies for entry into the fair.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- The Committee will allocate exhibitor spots
- All equipment will be stationary and will not move (except for machines in motion)
- At least 1 (one) company representative must remain with the equipment at all times
- the public will be permitted to enter your vehicle or touch your equipment under your supervision.
- It is up to the individual exhibitors if they wish to hand out snacks, water, stickers, etc
Set Up: 8:00AM-9:00AM
Take Down: 2:30PM - 3:30PM
Note: This event is to promote the landscape and horticulture industry.
Vehicles and equipment must be related to landscape and
horticulture. Exhibitors must be approved by the Landscape Ontario
Georgian Lakelands Board.
