Exhibitor Agreement

On behalf of the organizing committee, we welcome you the opportunity to be a exhibitor or sponsor at Landscape Ontario Horticultural Trades Association’s event.

This event is free to the public and will be attended by many local families, young and old.

Landscape Ontario is a not-for-profit, volunteer-driven trade association. Dedicated to the advancement of the landscape/horticultural profession. We strive to ensure that we are a collaborative and inclusive organization where people of all genders, races, religions, nationalities, cultures, sexual orientations, languages, and abilities are welcomed and can feel comfortable, respected, and valued.

This Exhibitor/Sponsorship Agreement confirms your participation, and outlines the details to help us both prepare for a successful event. 

All sponsorship dollars are HST-exempt.

Truck Display - Exhibitor Details

- Stationary Display 

- 18' x 40' space, up to 4 parking spaces to accomodate your truck display

EVENT DETAILS - SETUP & TEARDOWN

EVENT DATE: Octboer 3, 2026

EVENT TIMELINE: 9:00AM - 4:00PM

EVENT LOCATION: WFCU Centre | 8787 McHugh Street Windsor, ON

IMPORTANT EVENT DETAILS

• Display space will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
• It is up to the individual exhibitors if they wish to hand out refreshements, stickers, company information etc
• Be sure to bring a tent for shade

SETUP: October 3, 2026/ 6:00AM - 8:00AM

TEARDOWN: October 3, 2026/ 5:00PM - 7:00PM
